Occupational Therapist, BSc (OT)
Tiffany is an Occupational Therapist with a combined 10 years experience in soft tissue therapy and hand/upper limb therapy, helping thousands of people in Perth recover from pain and injury.
Having grown up in Perth, she went on to complete her Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy) degree in 2007 at Curtin University following her passion to help people of all backgrounds be the best they can be both physically and mentally. Tiffany chose to focus her skills in soft tissue therapy – providing pain relief for musculoskeletal symptoms – and then went on to further specialise in hand therapy – aimed at the treatment of the full array of hand, wrist, and elbow injuries/conditions.
In 2010, Tiffany founded Back 2 Body Occupational Therapy with the goal of providing a complete service for patients to receive care and treatment for all musculoskeletal conditions, and hand/arm injuries, in an authentic environment that puts the patient first. Back 2 Body is proud to be the only Perth practice to offer both specialised soft tissue therapy and hand therapy by an Occupational Therapist.
In past achievements, Tiffany has been guest speaker at Edith Cowan University and Curtin University, and has spoken at the 2013 WA Hand Surgery Society Meeting held in Perth, Western Australia. Each year, she presents to Occupational Therapists from Western Australia at various conferences and seminars including major teaching hospitals, and is involved in the training of graduating occupational therapists.
Tiffany has a special interest in treating upper limb conditions which is complemented by her hand therapy experience, treating professional state footballers and basketballers, professional musicians, those with acute hand/arm trauma, and also chronic sufferers of upper limb conditions.
